We are the first company to specialise exclusively in the design and manufacture of REMOVABLE MEZZANINE FLOORS.

We develop the design and calculation of supporting structures, producing the various different components and delivering them on site and assembling them using the most highly-qualified teams.

The services we offer are as follows:

Engineering and architecture: We have our own Engineering department to develop structure designs and calculations.

Systems integration: Large logistic projects require the integration of a number of systems into one functioning system. The management of these projects requires coordination and an interconnection between the various types of engineering that ensures that projects are designed, built, and implemented in a satisfactory manner, without any problems.

Structure - en

The MEZZANINE FLOORS and STORAGE LOFTS are pieces of industrial equipment made up of a bolted metallic structure on top of which there is a light floor, usually made from chipboard, whose main function is to provide extra horizontal surface area by making use of the indoor height of warehouses and industrial buildings. All of its components are prefabricated in a workshop, supplied as a "kit ensemble". They are self-supporting structures completely independent of the structure of the building that rest directly on the slab of the buildings and which, due to their lightness (and unless justified by studies), do not require foundations.

Solutions without limits - en

There are no problems with load or with operational requirements in the warehouse or industry that limit our ability to find solutions that meet the needs of our clients, providing value that results in profitability and efficiency.

Anti-fall protection - en

Systems designed to meet the safety standards required under current regulations. Banisters and body-guards are protection systems to prevent falls from one level to another. With designs that are adapted to the various regulations applicable, they are completely removable and recoverable. Baseboards are installed next to the banisters to prevent items that roll along the surface of mezzanine floors from falling below.

Staircases - en

Made with different designs according to the regulations applicable in each case, they are designed as a kit made up of bolted components. They are fitted with banisters with continuous handrails ergonomically designed to provide firm, comfortable support. The galvanised rungs are anti-slip, and range in width from 800mm to 1500mm.

Column protectors - en

Column protectors are safety devices that reduce the consequences of an impact from a forklift or other vehicle on columns that support a mezzanine floor.

Forklifts and elevators - en

Forklifts and elevators allow access for materials to mezzanine floors and storage lofts. With different designs and technology, there are multiple solutions as a function of maintenance requirements. These systems require adaptations to be made to the structure of the mezzanine floor or storage loft in order to operate correctly.

Security enclosures - en

Security enclosures prevent intrusion into areas or premises whose perimeter is demarcated with this type of protection. They are commonly used instead of banisters to prevent items from falling to different levels from shelves and pallets in warehouses. They are also used in perimeter protection for machinery, elevators, etc.

Composite floor systems - en

When used for heavy loads, where there are heavy peak loads (whether static or dynamic) on the mezzanine floor, the floors used are composite.

Floors and accessories - en

A wide variety of floors and accessories allows us to offer a wide range of solutions to meet the needs of clients.

Floors: Light floors - en

Made up of panels made from various materials that are bolted to the structure in such a way that they provide a surface suitable for any type of use, from offices or public exhibits to use in warehouses with heavy peak loads sourced from shelves and electric pallet trucks and electric stackers. The materials most commonly used are structural agglomerate, metal sheets, and electrowelded grid.

Floors: Heavy floors - en

Made up of conventional slabs that require the installation of concrete slabs. Suitable for very heavy peak loads, or to meet floor fire resistance requirements. Their use results in the loss of the removable nature of the installation. The weight of this type of mezzanine floor means that a foundation study is required.
