The picking robots system Scallog System™ is used in the preparation of small and medium-sized orders, and functions in accordance with the "product to operative" principle.
As a rule, these carousels are profitable in warehouses with medium/high levels of picking (from 1,000 to 20,000 lines per day).
The strength of the solution is based on its easy application using light shelves carried to workstations by robots. The number of robots and workstations can be scaled as a function of the growing needs of the installation. The solution is complemented with the Put to Light multi-order system installed at each workstation.
The most modern management software (Java technology) automatically calculates and updates the configuration of articles to optimise their location on shelves.

The Scallog system is quick to install; it can be installed in two to three weeks. There are no structures on the floor. The shelves use standard modulable elements that can be adapted to all types of suspended products or boxes. Expanding the area becomes as simple as it is cheap and quick.

With the space gained equal to some 30% of its total area, the profitability of the warehouse is maximised. Shelves are reorganised in a small. isolated area. The Scallog zone is secure by design.
