SILO² multi-column vertical warehouses are an automatic system for the lifting and movement of trays.
These warehouses allow for the intensive storage, ergonomic use, and efficient management of items stored. Available in arrangements of between two and seven columns.
Trays are placed in front of the working window.
112 standard tray sizes
- 14 widths between 700mm and 2,000mm
- Eight lengths between 600mm and 1,300mm with load capacities of between 250kg and 400kg.
The access window can be located in a number of different positions. One or more windows can be installed on the same level, on different levels, or on opposite sides.
Control of height of loads with fixed, automatic, or combined management.
Unlike conventional vertical systems, SILO² allows all available space to be used in spaces with an irregular layout; it can even be integrated between columns.
Each working window is equipped with photocells (equipment with height configuration) that monitor the height of loads placed on trays.
The certified safety photocell barriers allow operatives to work in total safety while the tray moves in the working window, ensuring the continuity and speed of operations.
An automatic door inside each window ensures the safety of the operative while the extractor is in movement. The equipment can be stopped at any time by pressing the emergency buttons on the front of the machine.
