Usually, the Pick to Light system is used for assortments of several hundred products, and where high productivity is required.
The great flexibility of the system has produced a wide range of types of installations: from the most simple installation applied to a dynamic shelving module to large installations fitted with conveyors or motorised conveyor systems for boxes/containers, which we also provide.
The Put to Light system is usually used for the classification or distribution of a prior mass pick according to order. Multi-order stations are basically a Put to Light system. We operate them alongside all of our automated equipment (horizontal carousels, vertical warehouses, etc.) when we want to significantly increase the productivity of this equipment. All of the above is managed by our Ulises software.
