Many automatic paternoster and lift type warehouses have completely obsolete electronics and with more than ten years old it is difficult to find spare parts, these being more and more expensive.

Also many of these components are owned by the companies that manufactured them and in many cases are no longer on the market or are prohibitively expensive.

The safety regulations of these automated warehouses were required at the time they were manufactured, but now, and despite not being mandatory to update them, they are outside the current EC machine safety regulations.

Et Systems has developed a product to update automated warehouses that are still in good mechanical condition but that present the problems described above on the electronic side.

The update complies with current safety regulations by incorporating safety barriers that cover the entire opening instead of the old photocells.

As it could not be otherwise, ETsystems supplies a new CE label that certifies compliance with the European regulations on Machine Safety.

The product uses market components, which, in addition to being cheaper, allow them to be more easily adapted to future improvements and obsolescence.

Easy installation - en

It has been specifically designed so that the operation of the installation is interrupted as little as possible.

A pre-assembled and factory-tested electrical cabinet is installed, connecting existing usable field devices and installing new ones in record time, minimizing installation downtime.

The user does not have to manipulate the existing material inside the warehouse, without unnecessary and heavy operations, without disturbing the normal activity of the warehouse.

The control and command system is changed, so that the positioning and operation of the equipment is more precise and reliable.

Encoder Incorporation - en

This is evident in the paternosters, most of them are not positioned by encoder and the fact of incorporating it makes the positioning smoother and more reliable.

The product is multi-brand and is therefore applicable to all paternosters on the market and most lifts.

Adaptability - en

It incorporates the interface with the existing WMS in the different automatic warehouse brands, so it is not necessary to make any changes to the existing management system.

Interfaces are added as needed. Likewise, it incorporates its own interface to take advantage of new functions.
